Rookie League Baseball - Co-Ed, Ages 6-8 (actual age of a child on August 31 of the current year)

Coaches develop and reinforce the major baseball fundamentals, and begin teaching team plays. Fundamental include: proper throwing mechanics, batting stance and hitting fundamentals, fielding skills, above-the-waist catching, and base running. We emphasize having fun together as a team, learning positive sportsmanship, and developing players’ confidence in their athletic abilities.This is a machine pitch league with 60 ft. base path. Scores and standings are kept.
